Pile loaders for products on pile

Servo-driven or gravity-fed stacking systems with hopper systems create and transfer stacks of cookies, crackers or biscuits to any flow-pack machine in the infeed chain when stacking packaging is required.

Round or square-based products can be handled, even on the same line, which can change configuration in a few simple steps.

Once the stack is created, the packaging pattern can vary in number of stacks per package, depending on the format is required.

The number and operating parameters of products for individual stacks can be set based on recipes stored in the flowpack up to the maximum overall height allowed by the stability of the product during transfer within the infeed chain. The loaders are designed to deliver one or more stacks between the infeed chain pitch of the flowpack.
