Volumetric and counting loaders for products on edge
Portioning systems for products on edge are suitable for treating a variety of products coming from biscuits ovens and properly handled depending on the type of product. The portioning channels are usually directly connected to the feeding and placing systems on the edge of the products, but they can also be loaded manually by the operators.

The loader is electronically synchronized with the HMI panel of the flowpack or x-fold packaging machine and is equipped with a double system with brakes to block the products arriving on each individual channel.
The loader measures the length of the product dose, according to the recipe settings, depositing it transversally in the supply chain to be transported to packaging.
