Liveflow spreaders are used in modern production units for rusks and ensure a constant and orderly flow to the toasting oven.
Automatic slice management and alignment system for industrial bakery
These machines collect the loaves at the exit of the cutting machine, transferring them to an input tray conveyor, with the long axis placed 90°.
Once all the trays on the conveyor have been loaded, the cut loaves are transferred at to the storage area of the machine, where they are contained in channels.
The accumulated volume is pushed against a roller that peels off one row at a time and deposits it flat and perfectly aligned on the oven belt mesh.
The loaves are pushed against the roller with a pitch equal to the thickness of the slice. An accurate measuring system automatically changes the pitch as the pressure against the roller varies, to ensure constant extraction of the slices in all operating conditions.
The resulting perfect alignment of the slices facilitates complete automation of the downstream process, which Liveflow performs with its own conveying, dose formation and packaging techniques.
